Shorter and more nimble than the Magic and Northwind Solo, the Phoenix offers an uncompromising hull design to deftly handle any water conditions, flat or fast.
This is a great all-round solo for a 150 to 230 pound paddler who wants a compact boat capable of wilderness adventures, but one that's just as fun floating down the Des Plaines or the Kishwaukee.
Phoenix are available in:
- IXP - Inegra/aramid (41 pounds) - bombproof durability
- StarLite aramid (27 pounds) : clearcoat
- BlackLite carbon/aramid (29 pounds) : clearcoat
We normally stock the Phoenix in IXP with aluminum trim, but can order the other layups and wood trim. Lead times vary - contact us for details.
The Phoenix is now also available in a "pack" version with floor mounted seat and backrest, and adjustable footpads. Pricing is identical to canoe-seat versions.
