If the Northwind 16 is for families or tripping, the Polaris is for couples who want to cover more distance with less effort. What it gives up in primary stability and overall capacity, it more than makes up for in additional efficiency on the water.
Northstar offers it in three constructions and with aluminum, wood, or carbon trim options, offering you the ability to tailor make the boat to your needs.
Polarises are available in:
- StarLite aramid (38 pounds)
- BlackLite carbon/aramid (41 pounds)
- Stealth (32 lbs) - ultralite aramid with E6 gunwales
We stock the Polaris in StarLite with bronzed aluminum gunwales, but can order the other layups and with E6 carbon or all wood trim.
